Our vast experience covers both securitized and general account lending. We have worked cumulatively on the financing of tens of billions of dollars in multifamily and commercial loans representing lenders, government-sponsored entities and borrowers.

Our attorneys represent lenders and government-sponsored entities in the financing of all types of commercial and multifamily real property assets including seniors housing, student housing, mixed use, retail, office, manufactured housing and self-storage. These matters have included ground lease financings, syndicated tenants in common and the use of bankruptcy-remote entities. We have closed numerous loans in jurisdictions with mortgage tax or title insurance issues such as New York, Maryland, Florida and Texas.

Our clients include primary and master servicers of securitized loans, including Freddie Mac K deal loans (f.k.a. CME).
