Beth advises clients on a range of commercial real estate finance matters, with a particular emphasis on transactions involving multifamily properties. Her experience includes work with government-sponsored entities and spans mixed-use projects, senior living facilities, condominiums, affordable and manufactured housing, and student housing developments. She regularly handles mortgage loan due diligence and securitized loan portfolios, including both taxable and tax-exempt securities. Beth’s practice has also included counseling businesses at every stage of growth, from formation through exit. Her work includes advising on entity structure and governance, equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, risk and compliance strategies and wind-down processes. Beth also has extensive experience counseling clients in the management of multigenerational, family-owned vacation homes and non-profit governance.

Prior to joining Reiferson Dee PLC as a member, Beth practiced at Clark Hill PLC in the firm’s general corporate/mergers and acquisitions practice group, as an in-house attorney at a Fortune 500 company in risk, ethics and compliance management and in a prior role with the firm since 2017.
