Sarah has experience representing banks, institutional lenders and government-sponsored entities in commercial real estate finance transactions. Her practice is primarily focused on finance transactions involving multifamily properties and other commercial real estate, including mortgage loan origination and securitization due diligence. Sarah also has experience in commercial mortgage loan servicing, including representation of loan servicers, agency lenders and institutional lenders in loan assumptions, equity transfers and other asset management and loan servicing matters, such as parcel and property releases, condemnations, cash management issues, defaults and related matters.

Prior to joining Reiferson Dee PLC, Sarah was a senior associate in the finance group of Alston & Bird LLP in the firm’s Charlotte, NC office. Prior to that, she was an associate in the finance group of Dechert LLP in the firm’s Charlotte, NC office.
